PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Decatur Transitional Housing Complex (DTHC), is a cutting edge, high tech, full service adult co-ed transitional facility, designed to meet the challenging housing needs of individuals; by providing transitional housing to local and regional agencies and organizations clients; along with providing special attention to the Spiritual, Physical, Mental and Medical needs, through our Life Skills Program.

DTHC’s goal is to partner with city and state wide agencies using collaborative measures, while maintaining strong relationships that allow an effective transiting process for adults to live, work and function productively in our community.
